We will always do our best to agree formal terms of engagement, including billing policies and fee arrangements with you in advance. We will normally charge on a time spent basis, at hourly rates agreed with you. Naturally, we are open to discussing alternative fee arrangements, including for example monthly retainers or fixed fees. We will always see that our fees are commensurate with the services we provide and the value we add.

We usually issue our invoices at regular intervals, mostly monthly, unless agreed otherwise with you. Before we prepare an invoice for a certain reference period or matter, we will normally provide you with a draft bill, including recorded time lines, and take your comments into consideration when finalizing our formal invoice. If requested, we will provide you with weekly or biweekly reports on work performed and fees incurred. We value transparency and openess, and we believe that billing and fees shall be open and transparent as well.
